With more than 20 years of real estate experience and deep roots in the Manhattan community, Brooke brings a unique combination of industry knowledge, creativity, strong negotiation skills and genuine care to every client she serves.
Brooke’s path to real estate began while studying Interior Design at Kansas State University, when a part-time job in a local real estate office quickly turned into a passion for the fast paced and rewarding industry. She earned her real estate license in 2005, and with a background in design and an eye for a homes potential, Brooke brings valuable perspective to both sides of a transaction.
She values the relationships built along the way and takes pride in being someone her clients can turn to long after the sale. Many of those relationships have grown into friendships, referrals and the opportunity to work with the same families through multiple chapters of their lives.
Brooke is an avid member of the Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce serving as an Ambassador - as well as sitting on boards for Flint Hills Breadbasket, Boys and Girls Club of Manhattan and more.
Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter who both keep busy with competitive dance, cheer and car racing and taking care of just about every animal they can find!
